Absolutely. While each package has a solid foundation, we’re happy to personalise certain elements - whether that’s your floral colour palette, ceremony styling details, or how your timeline flows. If you’re after something totally unique, our higher-tier elopement includes full bespoke styling, which gives you even more creative freedom.

We’re based in Hervey Bay, but we love creating beautiful moments all across Wide Bay - Burnett. Travel within 100km is included. Outside of that, travel fees may apply depending on location and accessibility - we’ll always discuss that with you upfront.

Our packages are designed to be all-inclusive for ease, but we understand that some couples already have certain vendors booked. If that’s the case, let us know during your enquiry and we can create a tailored quote for you, removing or adjusting specific inclusions where possible.

Once you’ve decided on a package, just fill out our enquiry form with your preferred date and details. We’ll get back to you with availability, a personalised proposal, and next steps. A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date, with the balance due four weeks before the elopement.

Ideally, 1–3 months in advance gives us enough time to plan and curate your experience. But don’t worry - we often work with spontaneous lovers too! If your date is coming up soon, still get in touch - we’ll do our best to make it happen.

Not much! Just yourselves, your outfits, and any personal vows or meaningful items you’d like included in your ceremony. We’ll handle the rest - from styling and setup to florals, timing, and coordination.

Of course. Our elopements are designed to be intimate, but you’re welcome to invite a few close loved ones (typically up to 20 guests). If you’re planning something slightly larger, just let us know — we can adjust styling and flow to suit.

We’ll always have a Plan B ready. We work with you to choose locations that offer flexibility, and we’re happy to pivot to a covered or indoor option if needed. If you’re open to embracing the elements (umbrellas, moody skies, windswept magic), we’re always game!

Yes! Our celebrants offer guidance and support for writing your own vows, and can create a personalised script that reflects your values, personalities, and story. You can be as hands-on or hands-off as you like.

Yes, you can! Our backdrops, plinths, and select props are available for standalone hire. We offer hire-only options with delivery, setup, and pack-down included - or you can collect and return yourself depending on the item. Minimum hire fees may apply, and availability depends on your date, so just reach out to check.

Some items (like plinths or smaller props) are available for self-collection and return if you prefer. Larger items like arbors may require delivery due to their size and assembly needs - but we’ll always confirm what works best for your booking.

Standard hire is for one day, with return or pack-down arranged the same day or the following morning. Need a longer hire period? Just let us know and we can chat options.

For our styling and elopement packages, yes - you can choose from our curated palettes or work with us to create something custom. If you’re hiring an item with floral add-ons, we’ll style it in a palette that complements your look and works within your hire budget.

We offer both! If you’d prefer dry hire (you pick it up, set it up, and return it), that’s possible for select items. For larger setups or florals, we recommend full-service styling to ensure everything looks perfect and is safely installed.
